Digital downloads

Sink or Swim Marketing provides a range of digital products that can be downloaded for your use. After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within an hour,  but could take as long as twenty four (24) hours to complete. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form. This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads.

Downloads from our servers are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access our products. While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads we will not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers.

Digital downloads - REFUND POLICY

Sink or Swim Marketing stand behind our products and your satisfaction is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via internet download we generally offer no refunds. If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.

Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within fourteen (14) days of your original purchase.

In exceptional circumstances, refunds will be offered for the following reasons:

      • Specific terms stated on a specific digital product: Some digital products may explicitly state a full or partial refund is based on a satisfaction guarantee.
      • Non-delivery of the product: due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us.
      • Download and unzipping issues: Unable to open the download due to experiencing issues when downloading the product or its unzipping.
      • Product not-as-described: Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website.

Claims regarding the above exceptional circumstances must be submitted within fourteen (14) days. If you do not properly contact us during this period, you agree that we may construe silence as a successful download of the product with no further right of redress or refund for download issues.
